Plum Sauce

Great as a marinade for lamb or venison. Just add 1/4 cup of plum sauce and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to 500g lamb or meat of your choice. Marinate overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours. Serve cold with pork, chicken or venison.
