Culinary Extras started in my home kitchen but now has its own purpose built space for producing and packaging each product.

A chef for many years, sharing my knowledge with many of you and a love of gardening has led to the development of Culinary Extras. My products are often made from fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the backyard of my Waikanae garden. Frequently my recipes are developed from what is available in the garden. I support local growers when my garden doesn’t produce enough.

Culinary Extras products contain no preservatives or fillers and are full of natural flavours.

The best compliment I have had is “I can taste each one of those flavours in your Feijoa, lime and ginger Relish”.
